Speed and Agility Summer Series

Single-Day Performance Training Events

The SFP Speed & Agility Series will take place on June 13, June 27, July 11, and July 25. Each event features two sessions: a morning session for athletes ages 8–12 and an afternoon session for athletes ages 13–17. Each session is limited to 25 athletes to maintain a structured and high-quality training environment.

Quick Info

  • The SFP Speed & Agility Series consists of single-day training events focused on improving speed, agility, and overall athletic performance. Each session is structured, high-energy, and led by Coach John and Coach Kyle, combining skill development with competitive drills.

  • Athletes are grouped by age to ensure a safe and effective environment. The morning session is for ages 8–12, and the afternoon session is for ages 13–17.

  • Each session is 2 hours long and includes a full training experience with warm-up, speed and agility work, competitive drills, and a cool down.

  • Athletes will focus on speed mechanics, agility, footwork, and reaction through structured drills and competitive challenges. Each session is designed to be both developmental and engaging.

  • Each athlete receives a 2-hour training session, a South Florida Pressure performance shirt, and the opportunity to earn awards!

  • Each event is $35 per athlete.

    The first 15 athletes to register overall (across all event dates) will receive $10 off their registration. This discount is limited to one use per athlete.

    A full series option is also available—receive 25% off when registering for all four event dates.

  • Yes, each session has limited availability to maintain a structured and high-quality training environment. Registration is first come, first served.

  • Athletes should come prepared with athletic clothing, sneakers or cleats, and a water bottle. Most importantly, they should bring a positive attitude and be ready to work.

  • Athletes who are interested in continuing their development will have the opportunity to learn more about ongoing training programs and future team opportunities with South Florida Pressure.
