Standard Practice

This is a full-team practice focused on overall development, chemistry, and execution. All players are expected to attend. Practices will emphasize installing and refining team plays, improving communication on both sides of the ball, and preparing for upcoming tournaments. Sessions are fast-paced and competitive, designed to simulate game situations and build trust between teammates.

What We Cover:

• Offensive and defensive play installation

• Team coordination and communication

• Route concepts, coverage recognition, and situational awareness

• Tempo, discipline, and execution under pressure
